Frauke Ion has been a consultant, trainer and business coach since 1988. She can look back on many years of experience in management in international companies. At home and abroad she has worked in a managerial capacity for well known companies, including 8 years in human resources management and 5 years in general management.
Her expertise is based on top quality training in the USA and in Germany. She is certified for various communications and management training programmes e.g. Insights, DISG and the FranklinCovey programmes.
She is trained as a business coach and ReissProfile Master. Frauke Ion works in both German and English, develops customised people development and training concepts and is a member of various trainer and consultant networks.
