Dr. Stefan Frädrich has degrees in medicine and business administration (Chamber of Commerce). His creation “Günter” is a personification of the little inner voice that holds people back, and is a popular figure in the German-speaking world that many people can identify with. Everyone knows their own “Günter”, the feeling of self-doubt that prevents them from doing what they really want to do.
Dr. Stefan Frädrich uses the example of “Günter” to deal with topics such as motivation or healthy lifestyle in an amusing and inspiring way. An expert in self-motivation, he hosts several TV shows (on Pro7, WDR, Focus Health) on the topics of health, stopping smoking and nutrition. Among other things he created the seminar “Stop smoking in 5 hours”, which has been a great success throughout Europe.
With his passion, charm and sense of humor, Dr. Frädrich is one of the new shooting stars among public speakers – and, of course, “Günter” always comes along, too.
