Strategic Teamtrainer, Performance-Coach
After he finished his studies in Economic Geography with focus on perception research Robert Bartscher was working for an international marketing concern. For nine years he was Head of Division and responsible for the managing duties in the company.
In 2000 Bartscher started his career as trainer and specialised on strategic team building. Today he works with high ranking management teams, directors and executives as well as with top-level athletes. Since 2003 he has been working individually with executive managers in order to improve their personal performance.
Robert Bartscher is an authorized trainer (BDVT), certified HBDI trainer and NLP-practitioner. He is also a certified (IKH Switzerland) therapist for clinical hypnosis and an accredited alternative practitioner for psychotherapy. At University of applied Sciences Aalen he is engaged as lecturer for leadership.
